Valentine's Day

I thought I'd share this little piece I made for a special someone on Valentine's Day. I experimented with a style that I hadn't really tried before. I almost kept going with the piece, but instead decided to keep it simple. After all, people always say, "less is more."

Wow it's been a while!

Hello to you! Yes you, the one who is reading this!

It has been quite some time since I last posted, but I truly want to start posting more often, so make sure to keep an eye out for more posts!

Lately I have been working on my senior thesis, so it has been very busy, but it is due in just under 4 weeks! Time has flown by and it feels like just yesterday that I was arriving at Ringling for the first time. That may be cliche, but it is true!

Last week I put on the 2nd Annual Finding Beauty Art Show & Silent Auction. It is a show that I organized to raise money for the Relay for Life, a division of the American Cancer Society.

It was very successful and we raised lots of money for the cause!

On top of raising money, the show gave me a good excuse to make some art for something other than school.

These are the two pieces I made for the show. "Still" and "This Little Light"

Enjoy!
